ISS Facility Services Polska is part of international ISS Group, one of the world’s biggest Facility Services provider. The company in Poland operates for over 20 years and employs approximately 2,000 employees. The basic activity of ISS in Poland is complex service of buildings. We provide cleaning and hygiene services, catering services, office support and technical service. We are present in office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial plants as well as in public utility buildings and health care.
Tasks & Responsibilities within 2 fields:

Bid Management:
  • Responsibilities include bid planning using standard tools, document creation, population, compilation, control, and submission in line with client timescales
  • Engaging internal ISS teams, stakeholders and SMEs in the country (regionally, when appropriate) to ensure high quality bid completion and operational readiness
  • Creating state-of-the-art proposal materials, regarding designed and confirmed solutions
  • Project and process management including resource planning to meet client deadlines
  • Efficient bid coordination ensuring high quality
  • Producing state of the art presentations, videos and other commercial materials
  • Setting up / planning reference customers, site visits etc.
  • Management of the commercial process framework and the bid content library
  • As CRM Analyst, you will be driving the implementation and adoption of our core sales platform, CRM@ISS, aiming to drive excellence and transform the commercial CRM culture
  • Be part of the Global CRM Analysts community
  • Drive continuous adoption and usage of the CRM platform, and pass local insights to the Global CRM team, to ensure continuous improvement
  • Train new users and re-address/ train the existing users, when needed
  • Solid experience within commercial, and proven sales project management capabilities
  • Able to orchestrate the timely delivery of outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with cross functional teams internally
  • Experience in a complex B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving improvement projects and initiatives
  • Curiosity about customer needs and ambition about quality
  • Team-driven personality with an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to design professional and high-quality materials using MS Office is a must
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
  • Not afraid to challenge the team and SMEs – do our responses really answer the questions?
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and be able to identify sales enablement opportunities from within the CRM platform
  • Strong in English incl. proof reading skills
