  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
Experience:
  • 10+ years in IT, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications or related industry is advantageous.
Team
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the DOP platform roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and financial targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities leveraging platform capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure 24/7 system availability and stability, overseeing technical infrastructure, cloud services, and microservices architecture. Drive Agile development and platform maintenance for optimal efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget & Compliance: Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Oversee compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote platform optimization, process simplification, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
