The Automation & Innovation Department builds solutions powered by AI, GenAI, process automation (RPA, BPA, AIM) and data analytics/ML models running in GCP, AWS and Kubernetes. We deliver a wide range of projects across T-Mobile - from network operations to sales and customer care, plus internal and international initiatives - with a strong focus on data platforms and data engineering (data lake/warehouse in BigQuery, ETL/ELT orchestration, data governance, data quality and security). Our portfolio includes things like conversational assistants for HR and sales, knowledge search tools for consultants, employee development apps or proactive customer communication systems.
