Within the Global Benefits department, you will support the team with daily activities and projects for International Mobility Clients and coordinate the renewal activities for Aon Global Benefits Clients. Your main responsibilities will be:


Global coordination
  • Follow up the renewal of employee benefits’ policies within 120 countries, understand the main changes and impacts for the client, and present it to the headquarter office
  • Coordinate and discuss with the international insurance networks the renewal conditions in the context of solutions such as pooling, global underwriting or captive
  • Assist in the preparation of client meetings, attend the meetings to present the renewals of their policies, and update the client on projects that you are responsible for
  • Participate in studies and provide responses to employee benefits’ bids that Aon will be involved in; contact countries to provide you with quotes or information about level of service
  • Update client information in Aon databases
International Mobility
  • Populate Aon’s platform - Greater Insight - with the data of our expatriate policies and update it after each renewal/changes
  • Edit and follow up the solutions Aon will deliver for middle-market clients
  • Contact with the claims administrator of the policies on the following topics: enrollment, control of the quality of services and to find solutions to issues raised by the client
  • Prepare the claims’ statistics reports
  • Produce summary of Aon portfolio on annual basis (Internal reporting)
