Would you like to take a Leadership role in developing and expanding Nordeas capabilities within Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)?
We are now looking for a Head of Access Solutions Development to help drive Nordeas development capabilities within the PAM and IGA areas. Access Solutions Development consists of 14 employees and you will be responsible for ensuring the maturation of the solutions within the department. This will include aligning with IAM Services and IAM Operations and dealing with business stakeholders.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Access Solutions Development team. We add value by developing IAM services with the technical capability to comply to Nordeas regulatory and business demands within the IAM area. As a Head of Access Solutions Development, you’ll play a valuable role in developing both the people competencies and development strategy to ensure the success of IAM within the Nordea business.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a department in rapid development. As part of Nordea’s IAM unit (consisting of 78 people), we are expanding our capabilities across Nordea with a high attention towards ensuring IAM compliance. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.
