HR Masterdata Process Automation Junior Analyst

Were seeking an HR Masterdata Process Automation Junior Analyst to automate our HR processes and enhance efficiency and accuracy. In this role, youll partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, design and implement automation solutions, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

About the job

As an HR Masterdata Process Automation Junior Analyst, youll automate our current Masterdata processes within Success Factors, SAP, and Service Now. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data and processes, designing, developing, and testing automation solutions, and monitoring and maintaining automation solutions to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.

Specifically, you will:

• Automate current HR processes using various tools and platforms,
• Develop project outlines and specifications for automation solutions,
• Research and identify potential automation opportunities,
• Design and test automation solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance,
• Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.

Who are you?

Were looking for someone with knowledge of Excel macros and experience with information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or Service Now preferred), as well as excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
