Junior IT Support Specialist

Job description:
- Maintenance and monitoring of hardware, installation, and configuration of user’s workstations
- Technical support for internal users (laptops, PCs, telephones)
- Administration of user’s OS (Win 10)
- Maintenance and administration of systems, applications and printers
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position min. 1 year or have IT as hobby
- English and Polish language at communicative level
- Orientation in HW and SW
- Knowledge of OS MS Windows, MS Office
- Responsible and reliable access to troubleshooting
- Communicativeness, diligence, analytical thinking, technical skills, ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Clean criminal record
- Contractor license
