About Customer Advocacy and your role
You will be part of the Customer Advocacy team. We are a strategy execution team that is responsible for driving big changes in customer experience and radically shifting 3Shape towards customer centricity.
Master data management is a strategic top priority at 3Shape. And the Customer Advocacy team is the owner of customer master data. It is therefore part of our job to manage and govern the customer master data. This means that we are responsible for ongoing data stewardship.
As a Customer Data Steward, you will do data validation checks, ensure data policies for changing data, and lead data clean-up, and improvement initiatives across the organization to ensure the integrity and quality of customer data sources. You will also collaborate with the Global Master Data team to address data problems.
In this role, you will gain knowledge and experience about master data governance, including master data projects and initiatives throughout 3Shape. You will learn about various customer databases as well as operational areas of the business.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy and work closely with our Customer Insights Manager and different teams that own various customer databases.
