Your responsibilities
- Identify, research, and resolve 2nd & 3rd level Technical Support problems related to the Internet, Firewalls, LANs, WLANs, WANs and other Network components
- Monitor network performance and quickly restore network resilience
- Identify and implement service and operational improvements
- Support business change activity
- Create, submit knowledge articles
- Support the Incident Management team to identify root cause and facilitate service recovery
If you have
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls including management via Panorama
- Experience with Aruba Wireless controllers and infrastructure
- Experience with HP routing platforms and dynamic routing protocols
- Experience with Azure Cloud network services, including express route
- Understanding ITIL disciplines or ITIL qualified
- Experience with ITSM platform (Service Now preffered)
- Nice to have experience with pharmacy and/or automation environments
