Responsible for taking care of hands and feet support for dedicated project in terms of Asset Allocation.

• Coordinating with network and server teams for troubleshooting issues.
• Allocation / recovery of Assets to the project associates.
• Preparing the Assets (Chromebooks / Mac / consumables) before allocation.
• Assisting project associates on configuration of the assets for first time login.
• Attending / troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software.
• Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets.
• Closing Requests on the Service Now.

• Desktop / Laptop / Mac asset trouble shooting skills.
• Knowledge of Chromebook usage.
• Work experience on Asset handling and maintaining Asset inventory.
• Working experience on Service Now.
• Excellent command of English.
