- Proficient spoken and written English, at least C1;
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or project management (fintech industry or similar preferred);
- At least 3 years of experience in team management;
- Experience in building channel partnering relations;
- University degree in technical area will be an advantage;
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge will be a huge advantage;
- Experience in using blockchain solutions (wallets, exchanges, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Korean or Chinese language will be an advantage;
- High analytical skills and negotiations skills;
- Being independent and creative;
- Being flexible and open;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure;
- Communication skills and being success-oriented.
