Salesforce Data Administrator

Your Impact:

 

As a Salesforce Data Administrator you will be responsible for data administration on the Client Success Platform to ensure data integrity, data currency and the monitoring of review records and B&P spend. You will work closely with Accounting & Finance, Sales Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to identify, investigate and reconcile financial data and bid governance. This role is a key element of the CSP data management team. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration/monitoring, support, maintenance and improvement of our Client Success Platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a primary CSP administrator for data for the Line of Business
  • Managing CSP momentum booking administrative functions 
  • Liaising closely with our Finance and Sales Leads teams to establish suitable outcomes to development, and amend financial data
  • Acting effectively as the liaison between our CSP user Sales community & wider stakeholders
  • Working independently with members of the user community

Requirements:

  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience 
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate intricate financial data
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources & reconcile conflicts
  • Excellent attention to detail skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
