We are looking for

Support and Technical Consultant with German
Miejsce pracy: Łódź

The role holder is responsible for developing parts of the end-to-end applications used internally by Fujitsu Product Line division.

  • Customer guidance. Assists in Product Introduction, application usage, configuration and integration in customer premises (customer onboarding). The tasks are carried out with significant degree of supervision.
  • Documentation. Supports in providing technical documentation and trainings on product functionalities and usage.
  • Technical Expertise. Takes responsibility for improving and extending their knowledge in the area of expertise and networking with more senior colleagues. Maintains their skill profile up- to-date.
  • Experience in providing technical input to Software Product Introduction,
  • Passion for shaping technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer,
  • Passion for delivering online content, demonstrations, presentations and trainings,
  • Good English and German language skills,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Ability to work in the team, 

Nice to have

  • Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies,
  • Experience in customer requirements analysis,
