Technical Support Specialist

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • ensures an outstanding level of customer relations, especially in written and oral communications (telephone, e-mail, customer portal or face to face)
  • checks the compliancy of the customer’s request with company contractual commitments (service contracts, maintenance contracts, guarantee agreements, distributor agreements etc.)
  • responsibility of the technical Level 1 support and must always stay up-to-date on company products and services installed base
  • if an on-site intervention is necessary, must be autonomous and organized to provide to Level 2 a full and detailed analysis of the defect
  • uses the corporate CRM tool to track and manage all customer ’cases’ including phone calls, emails, minutes of on-site interventions
  • uses the corporate IT and software tools to customize products and services
  • proposes to customers and lead trainings related to products and services delivered by company
  • provides local support for Project Managers when needed


  • Bachelor or Master in electronics, computing or mechanics
  • IT background and knowledge of ’new technologies’ mind-set Know-how
  • good knowledge in computer tools
  • fluent English allowing for easy communication in an international environment
  • curious, analytic skills and practice of active listening
