About the department 
 

The Global HR Support Team is a part of the Coloplast Business Centre in Poland, where you will join an ambitious team that consists of talented employees, with a variety of competencies and background within HR and/or IT. The team acts as the primary point of contact for various tasks that support the HR processes at Coloplast globally as well as IT support services related to the HR systems. 

About the job

The job is based in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, reporting to the Global HR Support Team Leader. In this role you will be working closely with the Local HR departments around the world and People Analytics team in HQ (Denmark). 

Your responsibilities

The Global HR Support team is looking for a colleague to help drive and support the global reporting agenda through:
  • Owning recurring reports and building new reports for individual needs 
  • Exporting and importing data into SuccessFactors system
  • Performing regular reporting clean-ups and archive
  • Providing relevant data analysis and people insights for HR Teams and business stakeholders to support decision making
  • Providing HR administrative and process support across Coloplast organization 
  • Being accountable for Success Factors data and other HR systems for employees in countries supported from CPBC
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience working with HR, Reporting or Analytics (preferably in international company or shared services)
  • Ideal candidate is passionate about data science, business intelligence and A.I.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency both spoken and in writing
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and diligence
  • Must have a background or experience in statistics, mathematics. programming or data-related fields, as well as Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERPs, Power BI and other BI tools, ETL process, ITIL framework would be an advantage
  • Readiness to travel to our HQ in Denmark few times a year
  • Experience in creating ad hoc reports and analyzing data
  • Professionalism and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of data
  • Experience from project-based work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the different reporting solutions is an advantage
