Background

 

The RPO campaign management framework leverages data to target, enable, & educate partners at scale, and provide an integrated partner experience through relevant engagement. It focuses on creating efficient frameworks, with the objective of fast partner activation (playbooks and customer collateral) increasing the ROI and overall partner satisfaction. To reach the right partners within a scaled model, campaigns need to be designed, executed, measured, and reiterated, of which resources are needed.

 

Accountability

 

Primary business partner to Channel teams to incubate, design & curate Channel-wide activation & enablement motions.

 

Primary SME for all campaign activation

  • Develop and lead partner-facing campaign activation
  • Drive process improvements related to campaign activation

Manage of regional outreach initiatives through Partner Advisors


Quality Assurance for Partner Advisors

  • Analyze process gaps/opportunities in current Advisor processes and implement improvements to partner experience; curate knowledge base as needed
  • Drive training agenda for Partner Advisors
  • Drive regional pilot campaigns with Partner Advisors
Key Deliverables:
  • Deliver campaign completion by defined campaign KPIs
  • Monitor progress through execution and follow up with partner advisor team and provide updates on campaign performance to Google team
  • Suggest process improvements related to campaign activation, set and improve KPIs
  • Develop own campaign ideas to meet the teams’ targets
