IT Assistant in Return Division / Return Knowledge Office

Job description:
- To provide first level service desk support for the Integrated Return Management Application (IRMA) Service Desk by handling the users’ requests on IT-related incidents/ problems/ well-known errors.
- To act as the administrator for the SharePoint environment, managing permissions, site structure, and troubleshooting platform-specific bugs.
- To conduct manual testing of SharePoint web application by executing test cases and analyse results from end-user perspective.
- To manage user accounts in SharePoint web application
- To support the delivery of training sessions to users.
- To support with creation of user guidelines and support materials.
- To support with the content management within IRMA
- To support with the creation of information products in remits of Return Digitalisation (e.g. newsletters)
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluency in English min B2
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft SharePoint (architecture, lists, and libraries).
- Work experience in customer service
- Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English for non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally and in appropriate manner;
