IT Process & Stakeholder Expert oversees operational and IT processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business priorities. Acting as the owner of the Jira board, the LPO manages tickets and projects (CBCR, IT infrastructure, FTS, etc.), drives change management, and serves as the main contact between CEVA IT, local/global teams, and third parties.
- Own and manage the Jira board: refine tickets, define timelines, prioritize backlog, and report progress.
- Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Lead change management: collect and evaluate requests, define requirements, present to the Change Control Board, and track outcomes.
- Act as the escalation point for CEVA IT locally and globally.
- Advise stakeholders, secure approvals, and coordinate across BS teams and third parties.
- Ensure effective communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
