IT Project Manager

Your role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing large-scale projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards.
What you will do?
- Manage overall planning, control, and delivery of complex projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within scope execution;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, obtain feedback at critical milestones to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Handle project scope changes, ensuring adherence to agreed acceptance criteria;
- Control resources, revenue, and capital costs in line with project budgets;
- Lead quality reviews, manage project teams, and ensure continuous performance improvements;
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards;
- Drive the resolution of issues and conflicts, ensuring benefit realization.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management (logistics experience preferred);
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., DHL DePICT, PMI, Prince 2);
- Ability to lead cross-country, multicultural teams and manage large budgets;
- University degree and professional certifications are desirable.;
- IT implementation experience.
