JOB SUMMARY
  • Leading role for the implementation, maintenance and upgrade of the Kontoor Retail systems. Together with the team also taking a key role in the operational support of the Retail systems as well as identifying and implementing improvements and adjustments based on developing circumstances.
  • This individual will be called upon to lead implementations and is expected to contribute to overall strategy, innovation, and research. This individual must possess qualities that inspire collaboration and trust to support and influence cross functional business and IT teams. Our Retail landscape includes our own physical stores (Brick & Mortar), partner stores, distributor stores and Concessions (shop-in-shop).
  • This Business Analyst will be part of the global Retail team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with other Kontoor teams to create and manage key processes which drive project management as well as support Kontoor strategy and business priorities and assist in the development of project budgets - 15%
  • Partner with leadership to identify and plan solutions that drive growth opportunities, as well as develop and execute plans for supporting initiatives, which may include sustaining, stretch, and breakthrough innovation aiming towards the delivery of the Retail Store of the future - 15%
  • Take responsibility for functional and technical design, configuration and implementation of the Retail solutions - 15%
  • Lead Kontoor team members in unit and integration testing, definition and documentation of processes, change requests, functional specifications and test plans/scripts, deployment plans ensuring application compliance of security standards and adherence to documentation standards and legacy application changes - 15%
  • Partner with SI and Business to ensure design meets requirements and gaps/issues are identified and resolved delivering high-quality solutions to the agreed upon scope, budget and timeline - 15%
  • Manage and support the incidents and enhancements of the Retail solutions for EMEA including the specific reporting requirements around sales, inventory and footfall in our Retail Landscape - 25%
WHAT PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THIS ROLE?
  • Related experience of working as a Business Analyst either from a Business Perspective or from an IT Perspective - years of experience: 3
  • Deep knowledge of Retail systems and procedures is required - years of experience: 2
Education and/or certification requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration, information systems or related field preferred
  • Experience with Aptos Point of Sales systems, SAP CAR, SAP Fiori and S/4 is a plus
  • Experience with Agile way of working is a plus
