Junior Helpdesk Asisstant
Job description:

Providing assistance and support to store and non-store users regarding issues related to Ariba system.

 

Main responsibilities:
  • Jira tickets solving if in scope of Helpdesk. 
  • Jira ticket assigning to the right group if out of scope of Helpdesk.
  • Effective communication in English with team members and customers.
  • Ensuring tickets are handled within agreed timelines.
Main technologies/ tools 
  • Computer literate.
  • English language knowledge on advanced level.
  • Communicative skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Calm and methodical approach.
An ideal candidate should have:
  • experience in Helpdesk or applications support
  • technical skills
