About the job
To strengthen support for our farmer owners, we established our dedicated Members Administration team in Gdańsk over three years ago. As the team continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and structured professional who brings experience in managing projects and driving process improvements to join us.
In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate monthly payments to more than 8,000 farmers across seven European countries, while also leading and contributing to process improvements and global projects within our operations. Youll be part of a collaborative, international environment where continuous improvement and delivering value to our farmer owners are at the heart of everything we do.
