About the job


As the Packaging Master Data team, we secure the data foundation for the transparency/traceability of our packaging data and offer technical support within this area. We also enter needed packaging master data in our IT system 3DX and upload approved statements.


Specifically, you will be:

  • Supporting data collection system towards the suppliers that ensure 3DX data is always correct and updated;
  • Supporting data conformity with Arlas environmental strategy for packaging;
  • Ensuring specifications are kept up to date and managed when changes are being implemented;
  • Supporting marketing /category in replying to packaging technical questionnaires;
  • Uploading documents and entering packaging data - ensuring sustainability data to maintain EU Regulations;
  • Securing documentation needed for general global statements;
  • Assisting Packaging Managers in communication to end users and other stakeholders;
  • Participating in other ad hoc tasks and projects.

Your skills:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and great organizational skills;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive, open minded approach.
Furthermore, you have:
  • Relevant education – at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably connected with data management;
  • At least one year of working experience with data management;
  • Familiarity with different IT systems;
  • Good MS Office Package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.;
  • Packaging material knowledge;
  • Knowledge of IT system 3DX or any other PLM system would be an advantage.
