As a Privacy Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing privacy standards throughout the organization. What the day will look like
  • Manage privacy compliance initiatives, ensuring they are well-defined, delivered on time, and meet established objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional operations change managers to create clear annual privacy plans that align with compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and monitor budgets for global privacy programs.
  • Produce timely communication and reports for privacy committees, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for regional data protection leads, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Drive completion of annual privacy compliance initiatives, proactively identifying and overcoming obstacles to progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors to foster collaboration and support.
  • Take a strategic approach in delivering assigned initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain global privacy compliance documentation, including operating models, guidelines, standards, and playbooks.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Proven organizational skills with experience in project managing compliance initiatives.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including skill in generating concise visual dashboards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a strong focus on data analysis and detail orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective information dissemination and stakeholder engagement.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to build relationships and empathize with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining consistent quality standards in your work, while overseeing the activities of others.
Desired Expertise:
  • Working knowledge of data protection laws and related operational controls.
  • A strong track record of leading operational change and effectively reducing data privacy risk within a large global financial services organization.
