Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and management of project plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Track project progress, prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinate and prioritize project tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Effective communication with business units, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Facilitate communication with business and IT teams, participating in tasks such as defining business requirements, handling UAT, resolving bugs, and tracking releases.
- Oversee project change and risk management processes.
- Monitoring and reporting of issues logged in helpdesk system with close tracking of critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, successful management of projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- Initiative-taking and capable of managing daily tasks independently.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus), Project Specialist| Warszawa.
- Bachelors degree completed or in the process of completion, preferable: Business Administration, IT , Management.
