QA Automation Engineer (knowledge of Robot Framework)

Job Description: QA Automation Engineer (knowledge of Robot Framework) + 25% manual testing

We are looking for a meticulous and passionate QA Automation Engineer to join our team working for a leading U.S.-based healthcare technology company providing practice management software for aesthetic clinics, medspas, and wellness centers. Hundreds of clinics across the country trust us to streamline operations, improve patient experience, and grow their practices.

Planned loading: 75% automation, 25% manual testing

• Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing using manual and automated tests (Robot framework)
• Create and execute tests;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including iOS developers, backend engineers, designers, and product managers, throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and evidence (screenshots, videos, logs).
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved completely.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide early feedback from a quality perspective.
• Support release processes and certify that builds are ready for deployment to the App Store.

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in testing.
• 1-2+ years of python experience (preferably using Robot Framework)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, types, and processes (SDLC, STLC).
• Proven experience in creating clear and concise test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans).
• Experience in testing integrations with REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman or Charles Proxy.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) - B1+ for effective communication with the team.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical software development.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and security testing principles.
• Prior experience working in a SaaS environment.
