Ypur tasks:
  • Responsibility for listening, transcribing, reviewing and evaluating Call Centers calls and emails according specific policies and procedures
  • Verifying the content of messages and agent-customer interactions in accordance with defined policies and procedures
  • Ensuring consistency parameter and interpretation of monitoring calls
  • Analyzing quality results and prepares reports to Manager
  • Recommendation solutions and improvements based on quality monitoring results
  • Providing feedbacks, identifying areas of improvement
