Project Description:
Customer Portfolio owns the Credit Risk solution called Credit Monitoring. The product was launched for Nykredit 1/7 2020 and is projected to develop Totalkredit (Nykredit subsidiary) next.
Development team will be 100% based in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
You should be able to lead team in a SAFe world. We require team players who autonomously solves tasks taken and given putting the team and BEC need first. The ability to proactively pick up tasks that are not being handled but should be. Also the person needs to proactively take tasks on backlog even if that require learning new techniques. You get an area and a direction and the rest you have to be able to fix autonomously when driving to finish. In addition, technical and professional competence to do the above without help.
Skills
- 2 years of solid experience working in Scrum Master role
- Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
- A constant focus on what could be improved and helps others to see the opportunity to improve
- Scrum Master certification preferred (PSM I or CSM)
- JIRA user-level knowledge
- Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
