Service Desk Agent with French

Your Tasks
  • Monitoring and closing incidents in the ticketing system
  • Contacting customer via phone or e-mail
  • Active contacting and troubleshooting with our engineers
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Maintaining positive relations with our corporate customer

Our Requirements
  • Fluent French Language
  • Very Good English min. B2
  • Excel intermediate skills
