Works within a team as application administrator providing 1st line support to end users/customers/partners with technical queries relating to the TfSNow/ServiceNow platform. Is responsible for the initial troubleshooting of incidents as well as request fulfillment and escalating tickets to the next levels of support. Cooperates with 2nd and 3rd line as well as managers, quality assurance specialists and process leads.
ServiceNow Training required for the role is provided once candidate joins team.
Salary: 4750 - 5500 PLN gross
