About the team
Technology Center Wroclaw Competence Development team (TC CoDe) is a team 6 Learning & Development (L&D) specialists responsible around 4500 thousands of employees working at Nokia Wroclaw - mostly Research & Development (R&D) engineers (e.g. software developers, testers, specification engineers, line and project managers etc.). We deliver development programs and performance consulting services across multiple R&D units and products, with both soft skills and technical skills within our focus.
Our mission is to support people in improving their performance to create the technology that helps the world act together. We aim to improve employees’ performance with our solutions and achieve business goals relevant for our stakeholders - department directors in Wroclaw.
About the job
You will be a manager of a TC Wroclaw Competence Development - team working as a central L&D team. You will be reporting to the Head of Technology Center Wroclaw and be accountable for CoDe deliverables in front of Technology Center Leadership Team. You will combine managerial role (including taking care of team goals, motivation, career and development) with individual contributor role in some of the projects. The specific roles may be based on your strengths and talents, e.g.: learning project management, performance consulting, instructional design, internal communications, engaging stakeholders etc.
