Customer support (pre-sales and post-sales) for security cameras and system users via calls and chats
Handling requests for the following devices and systems: Wire-Free Security Cameras, Indoor Smart Home Cameras, Security Camera Systems, WiFi/PoE Cameras & NVRs.
Assist customers in resolving technical problems with devices
Collaborate with service engineers for technical support
Requirements:
Knowledge of Dutch at a communicative level (min. B2+)
Knowledge of English to understand the content of the training (min. B1+)
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
Higher education
Interest in new technologies
