YOUR SKILLS
- University Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field
- Experience with virtualization solutions based on VMware or other
- Experience in working with server OS like: Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Ubuntu
- Experience with monitoring systems, preferable PRTG, also AD
- Familiar with network solutions: routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, proxy services, protocols and security
YOUR TASKS
- Maintaining our server infrastructure based on VMware solutions
- Analyzing and providing fixes to security vulnerabilities in the area of Virtual Environment
- 3rd line OS support including Windows Server and Linux
- Provision and decommission new Virtual Machines
- Using system management tools for monitoring and capacity planning
- Ensuring continuous operation of servers and services, reacting on alerts and tickets
- Proactively update and maintain systems and virtual machines
- Implementing solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems availability and performance
- Running applications, services and platforms to deliver a service portfolio according to SLA’s and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed functional and operational documentation
- Governing Windows Patching process
YOUR SKILLS
