Web Self-Service Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer in Web Self-Service squad is a professional who rocked the JavaScript tech stack all around, a senior tech member of the squad responsible for the "how". This engineer is an executor, the visionary and the driving force behind the modular, scalable technical solutions that address and incorporate future challenges and technology evolution.

He or she is a "technical" sparring partner to the Product Owner, the architect of the full-stack web self-service solutions, and a hands-on senior engineer pushing great code to production.

• You will guide the Web Self-Care squad on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration and automated deployment
• You  will develop code, raising the bar of software engineering practices and code quality to help your squad solve all surfacing problems and remove technical impediments
• You will work with Product Owners to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
• You will lead the problem solving sessions and support POC initiatives within the tech stack
• You will work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences

• Are an experienced engineer or technical lead with deep hands-on insight into the newest technologies and trends
• Have solid background in Software Design and Solution Architecture, exposure to best in class design styles: Reactive, Microservices, Microfrontends, etc.
• Have inside out understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJs, CSS/Less and Rendering Strategies
• Have expertise in JavaScript or/and TypeScript and NodeJS ecosystem nvm, npm, yarn
• Are constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and are not afraid of challenging the status quo
• Are experienced in Agile Development and have led teams
• Have experience influencing others and always care  technical excellence while being open to change when needed 
• Are an active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize people’s potential
• Are resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
